How to Sublimate a Wristlet Keychain

This just might be one of the easiest sublimation projects I’ve made so far. These are subilmation keychain/ wristlets/lanyards. They are quick, easy and very affordable to make. Imagine your favorite team, sport, logo, word of the year, quote, photo, pattern or just about anything you can dream up printed on a keychain/lanyard that can be attached to a book bag, a small purse, keys, or just to add a little flair to something special.

As you can see above, you can make both sides similar or totally different. I love how the leopard lanyard turned out.

Hint: If you don’t have a sublimation printer, you can use Cricut Infusible Ink on the wristlet blanks. You can use code MAKER10 on orders $50 or more and save 10% plus get free shipping (does not apply to machines).

The Sawgrass SG500 sublimation printer is one of my favorite 2020 purchases. I’ve had so much fun making personalized pieces for holidays, birthdays and heck, just for plain ‘ole fun! I just added the SG500’s big brother. the SG1000 to my studio giving me even more ways to implement sublimation printing into my creative space.

I made a video to show you how I created the wristlets. Though, by now, you probably understand how sublimation works. If you’d like to watch, there just might be a giveaway! You will have to watch to find out how to enter to win.
