This is such a fun and unusual koozie. When my children were little they had bracelets that worked the same way that slap wrap can koozies work the same way.
I think they are the perfect stocking stuffer, great for football game parties, themed parties and holidays.

I am so excited about today’s video. It is a remake of this project I made several years ago. I had just started sewing when I made that video and never expected that it would have almost a half of a million views in a relatively short time. The beauty of this bag is that it is beginner-sewing friendly. There is something about using a placemat that makes it a little less scary for new sewists.
In today’s video I am going to show you the updated version of this super simple boxy bag which includes embroidery on the front as well as the new Pioneer Woman Placemats. The original placemat pouch became really popular in the embroidery groups on Facebook. In fact, that is what inspired me to begin my embroidery journey. I loved how they took my tutorial and stepped it up a notch by adding personalized embroidery monograms.
The fact that these pouches are so easy and inexpensive to make, make them the perfect holiday gift. My girls love them for make up bags, Evie loves them to carry her “stuff”, and I use several of them in my craftroom to keep things organized such as my Kam Snap kits.
They are also great sellers for craft fairs, etsy shops and boutiques.

I am back with another embroidery project. I used my Ricoma EM1010 embroidery machine to create personalized towels for the guest bath.
Now, I am not sure why Wrigley always has to get his nose into things, but he does. Every single time I take a photo in this particular spot, here he comes.
So, why do I feel the need to add names to the guest bath towels? Is it just my house, or do your kids feel the need to get a new towel for every day that they are at your house? I get it, they don’t know which towel belongs to who by the next day, so they get a fresh towel.
However, since I have added their names to the towels they are able to use their towels more than once. It worked! Simple solution. I used my multi-needle machine to create the large names, but you can use a single needle embroidery machine like the one I have to create a similar design. As I continue with my Sublimation Series, my mind is constantly thinking about new ways to use my sublimation printer. I had some polyester fabric laying around and that got me thinking about a project I made a few years ago. This is an updated version of my older Printable Pouch tutorial using the Cricut and Print then Cut. This time we aren’t using the Cricut.
I love how one can personalize each pouch. They are a big hit as gifts for moms, grandmas, friends and family.
As you can see on the pouch with the pink zipper, I added a peek-a-boo image from my son’s wedding on the inside of the pouch along with their wedding date. It’s the perfect place for a small momento from their special day.

I am so excited to share how I sublimated these super cute Skinny Tumblers. You may be surprised to know that you can achieve the same results without the use of a mug press!
The images on the tumblers above wrap all the way around the cups. You can get a better look in my video tutorial below.

One of the questions I get asked all of the time is how I make my custom fabric labels. They are super easy and there are multiple ways to create you own customized labels.
I made the above labels using my sublimation printer and some various fabric and ribbons. I love the detail in the labels. I also used this method to create smaller labels to add to Ace’s masks for school.

I used my sublimation printer and my mug press to put the image on the mug. This method of transfer is 100% dishwasher save and will last the life of the mug. Pretty neat!

OK, this might just be my favorite project so far. You guys! This is so fun! Did you know that Cricut Infusible Ink is basically the same as Sublimation? It is. While Infusbile Ink comes in the form of a paper-like transfer sheet and sublimation ink is a liquid, they both transfer by heating the ink up to a gaseous stage that can than be infused into a substrate. Well that gave me an idea. Let’s try to make a sequin pillow using a sublimation blank and Cricut Infusible Ink. It worked!
I used Cricut Infusible Ink and an image from a Girl and A Glue Gun to create this glittery beauty! It was so easy!
Of course, I had to make more pillows for the kids using my sublimation printer.
